I have been with the Olsick Insurance Agency for over 20 years. I’ve grown from a student right out of college who only needed renters and auto insurance, to a homeowner who needs auto, home and life insurance policies. During that period, there were several times when I had questions about my policies or had to make a claim. I called my representative, Michelle, who promptly returned my call and answered my questions. I've recommended Olsick to many friends and family members - not because I stood to gain in any way but, because they provide an excellent service, a friendly environment and competitive prices.

I was recently married and my husband had a long standing relationship with his insurance agency. We knew that in order to achieve the best savings, we would have to combine our insurances. I have known Susann for several years, and in all of my experience with her, she has always gone above and beyond my expectations and has found a product that suits my needs and my budget. She is a pleasure to talk to and work with. I was first introduced to Susann by my parents, whom she had also worked with for years, along with other family members. They all highly recommended her.

I am a survivor of a very serious car accident in 1993, which has left me permanently disabled, but able to drive a small amount. I live in a condominium, which also requires me to have homeowners insurance. Because of my injury, I am not able to secure full-time employment, and do not have a great amount of disposable income, therefore, Susann has been challenged with being able to find me the right policies (for home & car), that will offer the right amount of protection that I need, at a very reasonable price.

She has not disappointed me! I know that many people feel that they should be able to shop and find the best rates and insurance policies for/by themselves. I disagree. We will go to an attorney, doctor, mechanic or hire an HVAC specialist to fix an air conditioner, and we absolutely should do the same for one of the most important decisions that we will make - our insurance. No one likes to believe that anything catastrophic will ever happen to them, but we all must be prepared to the best of our ability. Susann pleasantly makes that goal very achievable!

We switched from Allstate to your agency several years ago when you were at the Chamber of Commerce gathering at the banquet center on 75th and Claredon Hills road. You shopped around through your agency and found better rates with reputable companies - which is why we switched. You have always reacted quickly to my questions and have come up with favorable solutions - I could not ask for better service. As I recall, we have not had a claim either with homeowners or auto, if we did I know you would facilitate and satisfy our needs. People always shop to satisfy their needs and save money. At this point, there is no need for me to shop around, as I know you do the best you can. In the last few weeks, I called your firm to fax a copy of my homeowners policy to my architect and to call the architect to find out how to modify my policy to satisfy the City of Chicago's requirements to get a building permit. I don't know whom I spoke to, but I appreciate your help, as I didn't know that I would need this and what was involved. One rarely sees service like this anymore. I am very grateful.
